The Carbon Operations Department has successfully implemented 18 out of 23 generated ideas, achieving a total direct cost saving of $21,291 per month.

The Cast House Department has been actively participating in the System Improvement and Innovation (SII) initiative, receiving a total of 69 ideas from employees. Out of the 40 ideas considered, 26 are currently being implemented, while the remaining 14 are under review and evaluation.

Currently, twenty-nine (29) ideas have been generated within the Finance Department under the SII programme.
